Sinkhole Closes Route 3008 – Jefferson County Sinkhole
Punxsutawney, PA – Route 3008 between the intersections of Diamond Road, Gresock Road in Young Township, and Delaware Avenue in Punxsutawney was closed due to a sinkhole.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has alerted the drivers to take a detour route through South Main Street (State Route 436) to Spoetsburg Road (State Route 3010) to Gresock Road (T-374).
