Sinkholes opens up on Garden Street – Escambia County Sinkhole
Pensacola, Fl. – A large sinkhole opened up on Garden Street on Monday, 25 October.
An ECUA vacuum truck got stuck in the sinkhole. Fortunately, the truck driver was not hurt.
Pensacola Police closed Garden Street at Barrancas Avenue to avoid any further incidents due to the sinkhole. The authorities have also advised general traffic to take Garden St. to Pace as an alternative path.
