Sinkhole on St. Augustine street – St. Johns County Sinkhole
St. Augustine, Fl. – According to the St. Johns County Sheriff’s office, a sinkhole opened up in the St. Augustine neighborhood.
The sinkhole was opened after a vehicle collided with a fire hydrant, flooding the area of the 1450-1500 block of N loop Pkwy. The flooding caused a sinkhole to open.
The Sheriff’s office has turned off the water for the residents of the area for an undetermined time. They have also advised people to avoid the area.
